1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether as an individual or on behalf of an entity) and R.O. bot, Inc. ("R.O. bot," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the R.O. bot AI-powered automotive service platform, including our mobile application, web application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

R.O. bot provides a voice-first AI platform for automotive service departments that includes:

• Voice-driven documentation and transcription
• AI-powered 3Cs (Complaint, Cause, Correction) story generation
• Automatic story grading on 7 quality criteria
• Voice-first multi-point inspections
• AI-guided video inspections with teleprompter
• VIN scanning and vehicle identification
• Warranty compliance documentation

3. Account Registration and Security

Account Creation

To use the Service, you must:

• Register for an account using accurate and complete information
• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized by your employer if using the Service for business purposes
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, ensuring your use complies with your employer's policies, and updating your account information to keep it current.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes related to legitimate automotive repair and service documentation, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, transmit malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, copy or reverse engineer the Service, or resell access to others.

5. Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered through various subscription plans. Payment is due according to the billing cycle selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may modify pricing with 30 days' notice for monthly plans or at renewal for annual plans.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service is owned by R.O. bot, Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

7. Data Processing and Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Voice recordings are processed to provide transcription services. Repair data may be anonymized and aggregated for analytics.

8. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service does not provide professional automotive advice. All repair decisions should be made by qualified technicians based on their professional judgment.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, R.O. BOT'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO R.O. BOT IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL R.O. BOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless R.O. bot, Inc. from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@ro-bot.io. We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or legal requirements. Upon termination, we may delete your account and associated data after 90 days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes not resolved informally within 30 days shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in a class action.
